Resolution No. 3475 133 RESOLUTION NO. 3475 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS ACCEPTING DEDICATION TO THE PUBLIC FOR STREET PURPOSES: DARIN WAY AND DANA CIRCLE, EXCEPTING THE MEDIA* ISLAND LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS AS SHOWN ON PARCEL-MAP NO. 84-1176; AND ACCEPTING DEDICATION TO THE CITY OF CYPRESS OF A 15-FOOT EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES. WHEREAS, an irrevocable offer of dedication was made to the public for street purposes of Darin Way and Dana Circle, excepting the median island landscape and irrigation system, as shown on Parcel Map No. 84-1176, recorded in Book 207, pages 35 and 36, records of Orange County on January 13, 1986, ( see Exhibit A); and WHEREAS, an irrevocable offer of dedication was made to the City of Cypress of a 15-foot storm drain easement, per Instrument No. 86-139591, official records of Orange County, on April 8, 1986 ( see Exhibit B); and WHEREAS, an easement deed has been executed by the current Owner, Cypress Land Company, of the certain real property underlying said storm drain easement offered for dedication; and WHEREAS, the public improvements have been inspected and found acceptable by the City Engineer. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, ORDER AND FIND AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the irrevocable offer of dedication to the public for street purposes of Darin Way and Dana Circle, excepting the median island landscape and irrigation system, as shown in Parcel Map No. 84-1176 be accepted; and , 2. That the irrevocable offer of dedication to the City of Cypress of the 15-foot easement for storm drain purposes, per Instrument No. 86-139591, official records of Orange County, be accepted; and 3. That the easement deed for the storm drain be approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of November, 1988.
