RESOLUTION NO. 3490
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS
ALLOCATING SPECIAL DISTRICT AUGMENTATION FUND
WHEREAS, Revenue and Taxation Code, Section 98.6,
established a Special District Augmentation Fund to augment the
tax revenue of special district; and
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has notified the City that
$697,960 is available for the Council's consideration in
determining the allocation to subsidiary special districts; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been duly advertised and held
during the regular City Council meeting of November 28, 1988, to
receive input on the determination of allocating the Special
District Augmentation Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cypress:
1. That the first $190, 000 (27.22%) be allocated to the
Street Lighting District No. 2;
2. That the remaining $507,960 (72.78%) be allocated to
the Cypress Recreation and Park District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Cypress at a regular meeting held on the 28th day of November
1988.
