Resolution No. 92232 RESOLUTION NO. 922 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DETERMINING AND DECLARING THE GENERAL PREVAILING RATE OF WAGES WHEREAS, it is necessary that a determination and declaration be made by the City of Cypress relative to the general prevailing rate per diem wages in the City of Cypress, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That it is hereby determined and declared that the general prevailing rate per diem wages in the City of Cypress and its locality for each craft classification and type of workmen needed to perform on public works, is as set forth respectively in that certain document entitled "Wage Scales for the Six Basic Trades" (as corrected to August 1, 1968), a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A ", and that certain document entitled "Sub- Trades Hourly Wage Rates of Building and Construction Trades Unions Affiliated with the Los Angeles Building and Construction Trades Council of Los Angeles County" (as corrected October 1968), a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "B ". Three copies of each of said documents are on file in the City Clerk's Office of said City, and are hereby referred to, and by such reference made a part hereof as though set forth in full; that said copies on file in said City Clerk's Office shall be open for,the use and benefit of the public. That said declaration and determination is made in Section 1770 and 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City regular meeting held on the 9th day of December, 1968.
