Resolution No. 1004Zak RESOLUTION NO. 1004 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS APPROVING THE "FEE SCHEDULE FOR SERVICES AT THE ORANGE COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER" THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS HEREBY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That the "Fee Schedule for Services at the Orange County Animal Shelt.e_, as stated in Resolution No. 69 -667 of the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, California, dated July 1, 1969, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, hereby is approved and adopted a4R the Fee Schedule of the City of Cypress. (h) Veterinary care ((or impounded animas) (1) Dogs, cats or other small animals, per treatment (2) Medium or large animals, per treatment (3) The County Director of the Division of Veterinary Public Health may charge the owner or custodian for veterinary care rendered to impounded animals. The County Director of the Division of Veteri- nary Public health may approve for pay - ment from County funds to practicing veterinarian rendering veterinary treat- ment to impounded animals.
