A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS
AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE VESICLES FOR AND ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Cypress does hereby
authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the
State of California to purchase vehicles for and on behalf of the City of
Cypress pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code, and that Darrell Essex,
City Manager, is hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all
necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on
behalf of the City of Cypress.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress at a
regular meeting held on the 28th day of December, 1970.
