A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS
DESIGNATING A REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA FOR STUDY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council (the "City Council ") has deter-
mined to study the feasibility of amending the boundaries of the
Civic Center Redevelopment Project to add additional area there-
to; and
WHEREAS, a redevelopment survey area may be designated by
the legislative body (City Council) upon a finding that the area
requires study to determine if a redevelopment project is feasi-
ble; and
WHEREAS, a redevelopment survey area is graphically depicted
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council as fol-
1. ows :
SECTION 1. That area graphically depicted on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto is an area which requires study to determine it a
redevelopment project, or projects, within said area are
feasible.
SECTION 2. That area depicted in Exhibit "A" is hereby
designated as d redevelopment survey area to be studied.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to place a copy of this resolution in the files of the City of
Cypress Planning Agency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at d regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Cypress on the 14th day of Septe�;•er 1987.
