A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS,
COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
PRELIMINARY REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER MADE PURSUANT TO
THE REQUIREMENTS OF RESOLUTION NO. 3054 OF SATD COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cypress, County of Orange, State
of California, did by Resolution no. 3054, adopted February 24, 1986, pursuant
to provisions of Division 14, Part 1, Streets and Highways Code, State of
California, as amended, hereinafter referred to as Street Lighting Act of 1919,
require the City Engineer to make and file with the City Clerk a written prelimi-
nary report pursuant to said Act; and,
WHEREAS, said City Engineer, pursuant to the requirements of said City Council,
as expressed in Resolution No. 3054 of said law, did make, and on the 10th day of
March 1986, file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, his written prelimi-
nary report responsive to the requirements of said Resolution No. 3054, and of said
Street Lighting Act of 1919, relating to the installation of, furnishing of elec-
tric current for, and the maintenance of a street lighting system in said City re-
ferred to in said Resolution No.3054 and as contemplated under the provisions of
said Act; and,
WHEREAS, said City Clerk has presented the said preliminary report to the
City Council of said City, and said Council has proceeded to carefully examine,
inspect and consider said preliminary report and has afforded all persons inter-
ested an opportunity to be heard with reference thereto, and is satisfied with
said preliminary report and with each and all of the items therein set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DECLARED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Preliminary Report of the City Engineer of the City of
Cypress, County of Orange, State of California, bearing the date of March 10, 1986,
which said preliminary report was prepared and filed pursuant to the requirements
of the provisions of Resolution No. 3054 of the City Council of said City, and in
conformity with the provisions of Street Lighting Act of 1919, and which said pre-
liminary report was filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Cypress,
County of Orange, State of California, on the 10th day of March, 1986, he hereby
approved as so prepared, and filed.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolu-
tion and the same shall thereupon take effect and be in force. '
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress, at a regular
meeting held on the 10th day of March, 1986.
