Resolution No. 3091'71 RESOLUTION NO. 309 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO ORDER THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF MYRA AVENUE FROM MOODY STREET TO BLOOMFIELD STREET. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Cypress hereby declares its intention to order the vacation of that portion of Myra Avenue more particularly described as follows: The northerly 12 feet of Myra Avenue between Moody Street and Bloomfield Street. For further particulars as to the proposed vacation, reference is hereby made to a map on file in the office of the City Clerk in the City Hall, Cypress, California. Section 2. That the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M., on the 19th day of November, 1962, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Cypress, California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation may appear before the City Council and offer evidence in relation thereto. Section 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Cypress is hereby directed to cause notices of street vacation to be posted as required by the "Street Vacation Act of 1941 ", as amended, being Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code, and the City Council hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of said Act. Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Resolution.
