A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DEFINING AND ESTABLISHING
CERTAIN STREETS AND PARTS OF STREETS IN THE CITY OF CYPRESS
THROUGH STREETS, STOP INTERSECTIONS, RAILROAD CROSSINGS, NO
PARKING AREAS, AND AS TRUCK ROUTES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cypress as follows:
SECTION 1. Through Streets and Stop Intersections.
The following streets or portions of streets, intersections or
entrances thereto in this City are hereby defined and established as
"through streets and stop intersections ", and shall be governed by the
provisions of Section 7.1 (a) and 7.1 (b) of Ordinance No. 107 of the
City of Cypress:
(1) Crescent
(2) Orange - Bloomfield to Moody, Moody to Walker,
Walker to Valley View, Valley View to
East City Limits.
(3) Ball Road
(4) Grindlay
(5) Juanita -
- Bloomfield to Walker, Walker to Valley
View, Valley View to East City Limits.
- North City Limits to Orange and Orange to Ball Road.
Orange to Ball Road.
(6) Cerritos -
(7) Katella -
(8) Orangewood
(9) Bloomfield
from the west City Limits to Walker,
Walker to Valley View, Valley View to
the east City Limits.
west City Limits to east City Limits.
- west City Limits to Valley View, from
Valley View to Knott.
- Cerritos Avenue to Bali Road and Ball
Road to Lincoln.

(12) Walker - Cerritos to Ball, Ball to Lincoln, and
Lincoln to the north City Limits.
(13) Valley View,- South City Limits to Katella, Katella to
• Cerritos, Cerritos to Ball, Ball
to Lincoln.
(14) Holder - Ball to Orange, Orange to north City Limits.
SECTION 2. No Parking Area.
The following streets or portions of streets in this City are hereby
defined and established as "No Parking" areas, and shall be governed by
the provisions of Section 10.3 (d) of Ordinance No. 107 of the City of
Cypress.

A. Both sides of Walker Street 500 feet north of Cerritos.
B. Cerritos Street on both sides thereof from Angela
Street to Moody Street.
SECTION 3. Truck Routes.
The following streets or portions of streets in this City are
hereby defined and established as truck routes and shall be governed
by the provision of Section 13.3 of Ordinance No. 107.
A. Katella Avenue
B. Cerritos Avenue
C. Valley View Street
D. Bloomfield Street
E. Lincoln Avenue
SECTION 4. Stop Signs.
Stop signs shall be placed at the following locations pursuant to
this Resolution, and shall be governed by Section 7.1 and 7.11 of
Ordinance No. 107.
A. The existing stop signs at Orange and Moody Streets
shall be removed from their present locations and
relocated so as to stop east -west traffic at the intersection.
B. At all four corners of the intersection of Cerritos
and Valley View Streets.
C. On St. Alban Street at Myra Avenue and Marion Avenue,
so as to stop north -south traffic on St. Alban Street
at those two locations.
