Resolution No. 360RESOLUTION NO. 360 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF BELLE AVENUE BETWEEN MOODY AND BLOOMFIELD. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: Notice has been given and proceedings have been conducted as required by law. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Cypress finds and determines and hereby orders that the described portion of that certain street known as Belle Avenue in the City of Cypress, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part of is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes and now makes its order vacating said portion of said street above described. The City Council further orders that the City Clerk of the City of Cypress shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution, duly attested by her as the City Clerk under the seal of the City, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State of California, immediately following passage of this Resolution. The above and foregoing Resolution No. 360 was passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cypress held on the 13th day of May, 1963, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: 5 COUNCILMEN: Gordon, Gorzeman, Van Dyke, Wright & Noe NOES: 0 COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT: 0 COUNCILMEN: None ATTEST: CITY CLERK Resolution No. 360 eL MAYOR EXHIBIT "A" PARCEL NO. 1: A portion of Belle Avenue, as shown on Tract Map No. 3742, Book 147 Pages 58 -50 inclusive, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, bounded by the following described line: Beginning at a point on the boundary line of said Tract No. 3742 and said point also being a point on the southerly right -of -way line of Belle Avenue and South 89° 00' 50" West 8.00 feet from the northeast corner of Lot No. 70 of said Tract: THENCE north 89° 19' 23" West 172.19 feet; THENCE south 890 00 50" west 1629.42 feet to the beginning of tangent. THENCE westerly along said curve an arc distance of 306.35 feet through a central angle of 3° 23' 47" to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the southeast and having a radius of 13 feet; THENCE westerly and southerly along said curve an arc distance of 19.44 feet through a central angle of 85° 39' 51" to a line tangent; THENCE south 0° 02' 48" each 8.02 feet to a point of cusp; THENCE northerly and easterly along the northerly lot lines of Lots 104 to 70 inclusive to the point of beginning. PARCEL NO. 2: A portion of Belle Avenue, as shown on Tract Map No. 4047, Book 144 Pages 21 -25 inclusive, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California bounded by the following described line: Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Lot No. 190 of said Tract No. 4047, said point being north 0° 02' 48" west 86.17 feet from the southeast corner of said lot; THENCE north 0° 02' 48" west 8.02 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 13 feet; THENCE northerly and westerly along said curve an arc distance of 21.62 feet through a central angle of 95° 17' 42" to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the southeast and having a radius of 5168 feet; THENCE westerly and southerly along said curve an arc distance of 277.21 feet through a central angle of 3° 04' 24" to a line tangent; THENCE south 81° 35' 06" west 55.36 feet along said tangent line to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the northwest and having a radius of 4832 feet; THENCE southerly and westerly along said curve an arc distance of 704.19 feet through a central angle of 8° 21' 00" to a line tangent; THENCE south 89° 56' 06" west 1491.82 feet along said tangent line to a tangent curve concave to the southeast and having a radius of 13 feet; THENCE westerly and southerly along said curve an arc distance of 20.41 feet through a central angle of 89° 58' 30" to a line tangent; THENCE south 0° 02' 24" east 8.00 feet to a point of cusp; THENCE northerly and easterly along the northerly lot lines of Lots 232 to 190 inclusive of Tract No. 4047 to the point of beginning.
