15. Approve the First Amendment to Boys & Girls Club of Cypress Lease and the
Installation of a Fire Sprinkler System

1) Approve the first amendment to the Lease Agreement and Special Agreement with
the Boys & Girls Club of Cypress;
2) Waive the City fees for the expansion project;
3) Appropriate $126,500 in the Capital Projects Fund for the installation of a fire
sprinkler system at the Boys & Girls Club facility;
4) Transfer of $126,500 from the Infrastructure Reserve Fund to the Capital Projects
fund for the installation of the fire sprinkler system at the Boys & Girls Club facility.
