RESOLUTION NO. 669
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT DEEDS OR GRANTS
CONVEYING AN INTEREST IN REAL ESTATE OR REAL PROPERTY
TO SAID CITY AND TO CONSENT TO THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City of Cypress is a municipal corporation organized
and existing pursuant to and under the general laws of the State of
California, and
WHEREAS, Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State of
California provides that deeds or grants conveying any interest in or
easements upon real estate or sal property to a political corporation
or governmental agency for public purposes shall not be accepted for
recordation without the consent of the grantee evidenced by its resolution
of acceptance or certificate of acceptance pursuant to its resolution
authorizing an officer or agent to accept and consent to the recordation
of such deeds and grants, attached to or printed on thedeed or grant, and
WHEREAS, the City of Cypress is a political corporation within the
purview of Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State of California,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Cypress does hereby
resolve that the City Manager of the City of Cypress be, and he hereby is,
authorized to accept a grant deed conveying to the City of Cypress that
interest in real property consisting of the fee title to that property
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of O,press at a
regular meeting held onthe 14th day of February, 1966.

That portion of the North one-half of Fractional Section 20, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Alamitos, County of Orange, State of California,
as per Map of Survey made by Will F. Sweeney and E. T. Wright in 1890 and
recorded in Book 14, page 31 of Deeds, and that portion of the North one-half of
Fractional Section 20, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County of Orange, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 22 of Tract No. 4113, as recorded in
Book 148, pages 1 to 4 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps of said County of Orange;

said Tract to a point on the Northerly line of Lot 36 of said Tract; thence,

said last mentioned tangent curve being the Westerly right-of-way line of Moody

6° 29' 22" an arc length of 107.60 feet to a line tangent; Thence along said
tangent line South 11° 55' 00" West 9.99 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
