Resolution No. 891RESOLUTION NO. 891 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS APPROVING THE "FEE SCHEDULE FOR SERVICES AT THE ORANGE COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER" THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS HEREBY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That the "Fee Schedule for Services at the Orange County Animal Shelter" as stated in Resolution No. 67-829 of the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, California, dated August 1, 1967, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, hereby is approved and adopted as the fee schedule of the City of Cypress. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of July, 1968. Beginning January 1, 1968, the licensing year will be from January 1, 1968, through June 30, 1969. (h) Veterinary care (for impounded animals) (1) Dogs, cats or other small animals, per treatment 5.00 (2) Medium or large animals, per treatment 10.00 (3) The County Director of the Division of Veterinary Public Health may charge the owner or custodian for veterinary care rendered to impounded animals. The County Director of the Division of Veterinary Public Health may approve for payment from County funds to practicing veterinarian rendering veterinary treatment to impounded animals.
