Resolution No. 2995457 RESOLUTION NO. 2995 A RESOLUTION OF TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DESIGNATING A REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA. WHEREAS, Section 33310 of the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Sections 33000 et seq.) provides that a redevelop- ment survey area may be designated by Resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cypress desires that the area hereinafter described be studied to determine if a redevelopment project or projects within said area are feasible; and WHEREAS, a redevelopment project or projects may be initiated within this area should it be found that such a project or projects are feasible. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Cypress DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. The City Council does hereby designate as a redevelopment survey area that area on the "Map of the Survey Area," attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference made a part hereof. The designation of additional survey areas pursuant to Resolution Nos. 2285 and 2863 shall remain in full force and effect. Section 2. The City Council hereby finds and determines that said survey area as designated herein requires study to determine if a rede- velopment project or projects within said area are feasible. Such des- ignation does not repeal any prior action taken with respect to redevelop- ment survey areas.
