Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the Community Development Director, Don Lamm, to attend the National Planning Conference scheduled to be held in May 1982 in Dallas, Texas and be reimbursed for all actual and necessary expenses. 8. Consideration of Agreement for Engineering Design of Coyote Creek Bike Trail, City of Cypress Project No. 8219-90. Recommendation: That the City Council approve the Agreement for engineering design of Coyote Creek Bike Trail, Project No. 8219-90, and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement and the City Clerk to attest the Agreement, subject to approval of the City Attorney. Recommendation: That the City Council certify the employment list for the position of custodian. 10. Consideration of Authorization to Attend the 34th Annual California Transportation and Public Works Conference. Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the attendance of the Assistant City Engineer to the 34th Annual California Transportation and Public Works Conference to be held on April 28 - 30, 1982, in Oakland, California, and be reimbursed for all actual and necessary expenses. 11. Consideration of Walker-Crescent Northeast Annexation No. 82-1 to the City of Buena Park. Recommendation: Receive and file. 12. Consideration of Resolution Urging a Yes Vote on the Referendum on the 1980 State Water Act (SB 200) Appearing on the June 8, 1982 Ballot.
