WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission designated the territory proposed to be annexed as ANNEXATION NO. 82-1 (Crescent and Walker) to the City of Cypress. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1. The exterior boundaries of the territory proposed for annexation are generally Crescent Avenue on the north, the western most line of Arnold/Cypress Park to the west, Los Altos Drive to the east and the Cypress City Limits to the south. 2. The territory proposed to be annexed is inhabited as determined by the Local Agency Formation Commission. 3. The reasons for annexation as set forth in the proposal are: The area has been designated as within Cypress' sphere of influence as stated in Resolution No. 76-64 of the Local Agency Formation Commission.
