Resolution No. 2522U20 RESOLUTION NO. 2522 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DETERMINING THAT PARK AND RECREATION FEES MAY BE USED AS APPROPRIATED IN THE 1981-82 BUDGET. WHEREAS, Section 25-41 of the Cypress City Code requires that sub- dividers dedicate land or pay a fee for the purpose of providing park and recreation facilities; and WHEREAS, the City has collected such fees from subdividers; and WHEREAS, the Cypress Recreation and Park District proposes to use $1,800 for the preparation of plans and specifications for an irrigation system for Arnold/Cypress Park, $2,700 for the construction of the Evergreen Park fence, and $400 for the repair of the wood deck at Pinewood Park. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Cypress hereby determines that Park and Recreation Fees in the amount of $4,900 may be used for the above mentioned capital projects. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of June 1982.
