Resolution No. 2677286 RESOLUTION NO. 2677 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DETERMINING THAT PARK AND RECREATION FEES MAY BE USED AS APPROPRIATED IN THE 1982-83 BUDGET. WHEREAS, Section 25-41 of the Cypress City Code requires that sub- dividers dedicate land or pay a fee for the purpose of providing park and recreation facilities; and WHEREAS, the City has collected such fees from subdividers; and WHEREAS, the Cypress Recreation and Park District purposes to use $1,112.14 for light pole replacement at Baroldi/Sycamore, $1,112.14 for light pole replacement at Evergreen, $1,112.14 for light pole replacement at Maple Grove South, $1,112.14 for light pole replacement at Pinewood, $800.00 for outside lighting at the Community Center, $1,749.00 for Ball Diamond at Oxford, $4,745.44 Storage Building - Community Center, $1,112.14 light pole replacement at Willow Park, $11,443.73 for pond improvements at Willow Park, and $1,468.50 for Arnold/Cypress irrigation system. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Cypress hereby determine that Park and Recreation Fees in the amount of $25,767.37 may be used for the above mentioned capital projects. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress at a regular meeting held on the 25th day of July 1983.
