Resolution No. 1825RESOLUTION NO. 1825 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 76-5 - MEB INVESTMENTS. WHEREAS, the City Council fo the City of Cypress held a public hearing at their meeting of February 14, 1977, to consider an application to amend the Land Use Element of the General Plan which amendment would reclassify the parcel of land located immediately to the west and south of the Lincoln Plaza Shopping Center from its current designation of Commercial Heavy to a mixture of Commercial Heavy and high-density Multiple Family Residential; and WHEREAS, the City Council considered evidence presented by the Planning Commission, City staff and other interested parties; and WHEREAS, after extensive discussion of the proposal, it was the consensus to approve the subject General Plan Amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Cypress does approve General Plan Amendment No. 76-5. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of February, 1977.
