A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CYPRESS ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING AREA.
WHEREAS, Article 10, Section 16-53 of Ordinance No. 364 of the City of
Cypress, as amended, the Traffic Ordinance, authorizes the City Council by
Resolution to establish a No Parking area.
WHEREAS, the Advisory Traffic Committee of the City of Cypress has
considered and recommended the establishment of the No Parking area,
that:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cypress
1. A "No Parking" area is hereby established on the following street:
Bloomfield Street, east side, south of Lincoln Avenue between
Sta. 14+50 and Sta. 18+00.
2. The City Traffic Engineer is directed to indicate such areas by the
appropriate signs or red paint on the curb surface.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress, at a regular
meeting held on the 10th day of April, 1972.
