Resolution No. 28RESOLUTION NO. 28 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DAIRY CITY, SETTING DAY AND TIME FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING OF PROPOSED ORDINANCES AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF SAID RESOLUTION. WHEREAS the law requires a public hearing in furtherance of adoption of certain types of ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit of Dairy City as follows: 1. A public hearing is hereby scheduled to be held on the 12th day of August, 1957, at the hour of 8:30 P.iy., at the City Hall of Dairy City. 2. Notice of such hearing shall be published twice in "The Enterprise," a newspaper of general circulation nearest to the City of Dairy City; that said publication shall occur once at least eight days preceding the hearing and once at least fifteen days preceding said hearing. 3. That notice of said hearing shall be the following: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the City Council of the City of Dairy City that a public hearing shall be held on the 12th day of August, 1957, at the hour of 8:30 P.M., in the City Hall of Dairy City, to consider adoption by said City Council of the following ordinances and for the following purposes: 1. Adoption of the Uniform Building Code, 1955 edition, Volume 1, as amended by Ordinance No. 922 and 955 of the County of Orange. 2. Adoption of the Plumbing Code of the County of Orange, 1956 edition, Ordinance No. 780, as amended by Ordinance No. 821. 3. Electrical Safety Orders, 1955 Edition, Division of Industrial Safety, Department of Industrial Re- lations, State of California. 4. Orange County Administrative Electrical Code, 1956 Edition, Ordinance No. 786, as amended by Ordinance No. 908. 5. Heating and Ventilating Code, County of Orange, 1956 Edition, Ordinance No. 823. 6. Orange County Trailer Park Ordinance, No. 735, as -28- Resolution No. 28 amended by Ordinance No. 757 and 898 of the L%ounty of Orange. 7. The purpose of the adoption of an ordinance by the City of Dairy City, adopting by reference the above numbered, named and identified codes, is for the purpose of permitting the continued enforcement by officials of the various departments of the County of Orange of the Uniform Code covering the above subjects within the City of Dairy City. You are further notified that copies of all of these proposed codes are on file with the City Clerk of the City of Dairy City and are open to public inspection.
