HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 31RESOLUTION N0. 31 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DAIRY CITY, ESTABLISHING THE MUNICIPAL POLLING PLACE, SETTING THE FEES TO BE PAID THE ELECTION BOARD, AND SETTING THE HOURS THE POLL SHALL BE OPEN. Upon motion of Councilman Arnold, duly seconded and carried, the following Resolution was adopted: RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Dairy City does hereby designate the polling place for municipal elections to be the City Hall of the City of Dairy City, 9352 aouth Walker Street; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dairy City does hereby establish for payment to each election officer serving on a City Election Board for a municipal election the following: Inspector $15.00 Judge 12.00 Clerk 12.00; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dairy City does hereby designate the hours for the poll to be open for voting in a municipal election to be between 12:00 Noon and 8:00 P. E.
