Resolution No. 56RESOLUTION NO. 56 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS, CONDI- TIONALLY APPROVING CARBON CREEK CHANNEL B-1. WHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control District has sub- mitted to the City of Cypress for approval the tentative plans for Carbon Creek Channel B-1, Part I; and WHEREAS, the City Council with the advice of the City Engineer has reviewed said plans; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cypress as follows: I. That the proposed Part I of Carbon Creek Channel B-1 as submitted to the City of Cypress is hereby approved as follows: A. All street crossing structures are approved at their proposed width except the crossing at Ball Road, which crossing is approved for a bridge crossing width for a standard four -lane county road only. B. Approval is subject to construction of a bridge crossing at Holder Street extended where it crosses the proposed channel; such bridge crossing to be of a width for a standard two-lane street. C. That all bridges constructed within the City have a clear unobstructed sight distance along the traveled way of at least three hundred feet (300'). D. That all bridges within the City be constructed in such a manner for possible future widening of the bridge structure. II. That the duly authorized officials of the City are authorized to sign the necessary documents signifying such ap- proval when the conditions of such approval have been agreed upon by the Orange County Fiood Control District.
