CONSENT CALENDAR NOTICE All matters listed on the Consent Calendars (Council and Redevelopment Agency) are to be approved with one motion unless a member of the Council/Redevelopment Agency or the public requests separate action on a specific item. CONSENT CALENDAR(2-3) MOTION TO INTRODUCE AND/OR ADOPT ALL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS PRESENTED FOR CONSIDERATION BY TITLE ONLY AND TO WAIVE FURTHER READING. December 18, 2000 Page 3 ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS, DECLARING AN IMPASSE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE CYPRESS POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, AND IMPOSING A ONE-YEAR AGREEMENT IMPLEMENTING THE LAST, BEST, AND FINAL OFFER OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS. Recommended Action: Adopt the Resolution by title only, title as follows, declaring an impasse in negotiations with the Cypress Police Officers Association (CPOA), and imposing a one-year agreement pursuant to Resolution No. 970 and Government Code § 3500 et seq., as implementing the last, best, and final offer of the City of Cypress.
