Recommended Action: That the Mayor and City Council
officially proclaim April 15-22, 2001, as "Days of
Remembrance of the Victims of the Holocaust" in the City of
Cypress.

GENERAL PLAN CONFORMANCE FINDING FOR LOS
ALAMITOS RACE TRACK AMENDMENT.
Recommend Action: That the City Council, acting as the
Redevelopment Agency, adopt the attached resolution, title as
follows, finding that the Draft Amended and Restated
Redevelopment Plan prepared in connection with the Second
Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Los Alamitos
Race Track and Golf Coume Redevelopment Project Area
("Second Amendment") conforms to the General Plan and
recommending approval of the proposed Second Amendment.

as the Redevelopment Agency, Finding that the Proposed
Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Los
