March 26, 2001 Page 5 PROCLAIMING APRIL 15-22, 2001, AS "DAYS OF REMEMBRANCE OF THE VICTIMS OF THE HOLOCAUST" IN THE CITY OF CYPRESS. Recommended Action: That the Mayor and City Council officially proclaim April 15-22, 2001, as "Days of Remembrance of the Victims of the Holocaust" in the City of Cypress. REVIEW OF INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, 2001. Recommended Action: Receive and file. APPROVAL OF COMMERCIAL WARRANT LIST FOR WARRANTS NO. 47539 THROUGH 47775. Recommended Action: Approve the attached warrant register. END OF CONSENTCALENDAR UNFINISHED BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS (10) 10. CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENTS TO CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION. Recommended Action: That the City Council consider the appointment of Cultural Arts Commissioners Alexandria Coronado and Paula English for another four-year term of office. March 26, 2001 Page 6 CYPRESS REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MATTERS (11-t3) The Cypress City Council, Acting as the Cypress Redevelopment Agency. New Business: GENERAL PLAN CONFORMANCE FINDING FOR LOS ALAMITOS RACE TRACK AMENDMENT. Recommend Action: That the City Council, acting as the Redevelopment Agency, adopt the attached resolution, title as follows, finding that the Draft Amended and Restated Redevelopment Plan prepared in connection with the Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Los Alamitos Race Track and Golf Coume Redevelopment Project Area ("Second Amendment") conforms to the General Plan and recommending approval of the proposed Second Amendment. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cypress, Acting as the Redevelopment Agency, Finding that the Proposed Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Los Alamitos Race Track and Golf Course Redevelopment Project Area of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Cypress Conforms to the City of Cypress General Plan and Recommending Approval of the Proposed Second Amendment. t2.
