OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
That we, the undersigned, being all the Councilmen, by
mutual consent and understanding beforehand, hereby consent to
hold a special meeting of the Council of said City at the
Cypress City Hall on the 28th day of November, 1958, at the
hour of 12.00 M of said day, and we agree that all of the
acts and proceedings of said meeting shall be as valid as if
had or taken at a meeting duly and regularly called and noticed
We further waive all notice of the time, place, and purpose
of said meeting, whether required by the laws or otherwise
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto subscribed our

THE CITY OF CYPRESS
November 28, 1958
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Cypress was
called to order in the Cypress City Hall at 12 10 by Vice Mayor
Baroldi
Councilmen present T A Baroldi, W J Arrowood and
M. G. McCarney
Councilmen absent A E Arnold and J Van Dyke
City official present' Deputy City Clerk -City Manager Wesenberg
COUNTY GAS TAX '3ESOLUTION AMENDMENT
Upon motion of Councilman Arrowood, seconded by Councilman
McCarney and unanimously carried, Resolution No. 76, amending
Resolution No. 75 requesting County funds for the improvement
of Cerritos Avenue, was adopted
MUTUAL POLICE SERVICES CONTRACT
Upon motion of Councilman Arrowood, seconded by Councilman
McCarney and unanimously carried, the Council authorized the ap-
propriate City officials to sign the contract between the City
of Dairyland and the City of Cypress for the furnishing of police
protection to the City of Dairyland by the City of Cypress

NOES None
ABSENT Councilmen Arnold and Van Dyke
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, upon motion of Councilman
McCarney, seconded by Councilman Arrowood and unanimously carried,
the meeting was duly adjourned until the next regular Council
