G. McCarney Councilmen absent A E Arnold and J Van Dyke City official present' Deputy City Clerk -City Manager Wesenberg COUNTY GAS TAX '3ESOLUTION AMENDMENT Upon motion of Councilman Arrowood, seconded by Councilman McCarney and unanimously carried, Resolution No. 76, amending Resolution No. 75 requesting County funds for the improvement of Cerritos Avenue, was adopted MUTUAL POLICE SERVICES CONTRACT Upon motion of Councilman Arrowood, seconded by Councilman McCarney and unanimously carried, the Council authorized the ap- propriate City officials to sign the contract between the City of Dairyland and the City of Cypress for the furnishing of police protection to the City of Dairyland by the City of Cypress Roll Call AYES Councilmen Baroldi, Arrowood, and McCarney NOES None ABSENT Councilmen Arnold and Van Dyke ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, upon motion of Councilman McCarney, seconded by Councilman Arrowood and unanimously carried, the meeting was duly adjourned until the next regular Council meeting Time of adjournment' 12 30 P.
