Ordinance No. 74ORDINANCE NO 74 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS REGULATING PARKING ON PUBLIC HIGHWAYS AND AUTHORIZING REMOVAL OF VIOLATING VEHICLES. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS Section 1. No person owning or possessing a motor vehicle shall allow or cause it to stand upon a public highway within the city limits of the City of Cypress for more than 120 consec- utive hours. Section 2 Any vehicle parked or left standing in violation of this ordinance may be removed in the manner provided by law by any officer mentioned in Section 22651 of the Vehicle Code. Section 3.
