Ordinance No. 53ORDINANCE NO. slr AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DECLARING THE INTEN- TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO ORDER THE VACATION OF THAT PORTION OF DENNI STREET FROM LINCOLN AVENUE TO CRESCENT AVENUE AS ACQUIRED BY THE CITY OF CYPRESS BY REASON OF THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO 44 OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS WHICH ANNEXED SAID PORTION OF DENNI STREET TO THE CITY OF CYPRESS SAID VACATION WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT IN AND ALONG THE EASTERLY 15 FEET OF DENNI STREET EXTENDING FROM LINCOLN AVENUE TO CRESCENT AVENUE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC SEWER LINE THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF CYPRESS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Cypress hereby de- clares iLs intention to order the vacation of that portion of Denni Street fromLincoln Avenue to Crescent Avenue, more par- ticularly described as The Easterly 15 feet of the SW 1/4 and the westerly 15 feet of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, T. 4 S., R. 11 W., Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, Page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of the County of Orange, California, as acquired by the City of Cypress by reason of the adoption of Ordinance No 44 annexing said portion of Denni Street to the City of Cypress, subject, however, to an easement and right-of-way to establish, construct and maintain a public sewer in and along the easterly 15 feet of Denni Street, extend- ing from Lincoln Avenue to Crescent Avenue All proceedings in connection with said vacation are taken subject to said sewer easement For further particulars as to the proposed vacation, ref- erence is hereby made to a map and i-etition for Vacation on file in the office of the City Clerk in the City Hall, Cypress California. Section 2 That the hour of 8 00 o'clock P M , on the 13th day of April, 1959, in the Council Chamber in the City Hall, Cypress, Ordinance No. 53 1 California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation may appear before the City Council and offer evidence in relation thereto.
