Ordinance No. 55ORDINANCE NO 55 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 30 (ADOPTED OCTOBER 14, 1957) AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS PROVIDING FOR THE USE OF CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CITY AS THROUGH TRUCK ROUTES AND PROHIBITING THE USE OF OTHER STREETS BY VEHICLES IN EXCESS OF CERTAIN WEIGHT LIMITS" THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS Section 1 Section 4 of said Ordinance No. 30, as amended, of the City of Cypress, is hereby amended to read "Section 4 Nothing in this Ordinance shall be deemed to prohibit the operator of any motor truck traversing any of the foregoing streets designated as through truck routes from leaving such route for the purpose of loading, unloading or weighing his vehicle at a point off of said route and within the City of Cypress, provided that such deviation for the pur- pose of such loading or unloading or weighing shall be made over one route which keeps at a minimum the distance traveled off of the truck route involved " PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1959 Ordinance No ./ed ./-71__-, Mayor CITY CLERK'S CEHTIFICATION STATE OF CALIFORNIA) COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss CITY OF CYPRESS ) I, Martin Olsthoorn, City Clerk of the City Council of the City of Cypress, California, do hereby certify that, at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 13th day of April, 1959, the foregoing ordinance, No. 55, was then considered and passed and adopted as a whole by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen Arnold, Arrowood, Baroldi, McCarney, and Van Dyke NOES.
