ORDINANCE NO 61
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS PROHIBITING THE PARKING
OF VEHICLES UPON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN
THE CITY OF CYPRESS AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION
THEREOF,
The City Council of the City of Cypress does ordain as
follows*
Section 1.
No person shall park any vehicle, whether motorized or not,
upon any portion of the center 24 feet of Walker Street between
the centerline of Ball Road and Orange Avenue in the City of Cypress,
No person shall park any vehicle, thether motorized or not,
upon any portion of the center 24 feet of Cerritos Avenue between
the centerline of Walker Street and Knott Avenue in the City of
Cypress.
Section 2,
Violation of this Ordinance is a misdemeanor punishable
by a, fine of $p500.00 or by imprisonment in the County Jail for
a period of not more than six months, or by both such fine and
imprisonment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CYPRESS at an adjourned regular meeting held on the 22nd day of
June, 1959.
