ORDINANCE NO 1
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DAIRY CITY DESIGNATING THE TIDE AND PLACE OF
THE MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
The City Council of the City of Dairy City does ordain as follows.
Section 1
The City Council of the City of Dairy City shall hold regular
meetings on the second Monday of each month at the hour of 7 30 P RI
Section 2
The meetings of the City Council for the City of Dairy City shall be
held at 5731 Orange @mow Avenue, Dairy City, California.
Section 3
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an ordinance for the immediate
preservation of public peace and safety and the facts constituting its
urgency are specified as follows:
The City of Dairy City having been incorporated on July 24, 1956,
and there being heretofore no designation of the time and place of
meetings of the City Council thereof, the designation thereof is now
immediately necessary for the public welfare
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect immediately, and within fifteen (15)
days shall be posted in three public places in the City of Dairy City
together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and
against the same
Passed and adopted this 24th day of July, 1956.
