Ordinance No. 3ORDINANCE NO. 3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DAIRY CITY FIXING THE AlOUNT OF THE OFFICIAL BONDS OF THE CITY CLERK AND THE CITY TREASURER The City Council of the City of Dairy City does ordain as follows' Section 1. The City Clerk and the City Treasurer of the City of Dairy City shall each execute to the City of Dairy City an official bond for the due and faithful performance of their respective official duties in the penal sums as follows City Clerk. Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000 00) City Treasurer: Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) Section 2 This ordinance is hereby declared to be an ordinance for the immediate preservation of the public peace and safety and the facts constituting its urgency are specified as follows. The City of Dairy City having become incorporated July 24, 1956, it is essential that said officers immediately enter upon the performance of their respective official duties and said bonds being prerequisite to performing the same Section 3 This ordinance shall take effect immediately, and within fifteen (15) days shall be posted in three public places in the City of Dairy City, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same. Passed and adopted this 24th day of July, 1956.
