Ordinance No. 6ORDINANCE NO 6 AN ORDINANCE OF DAIRY CITY, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 1, WHICH DESIGNATED THE TIME AND PLACE OF THE MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL The Oity Council of the City of Dairy City does ordain as follows Section 1 Ordinance No 1 of Dairy City, California, which ordinance is entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DAIRY CITY DESIGNATING THE TIME AND PLACE OF THE MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL' is hereby amended to read as follows Section 2 , The meeting of the City L'ouncil of Dairy Oity shall be held at the City Hall, 9352 Walker St , Dairy City, California. Section 3 , The official City Hall, as such is known, where the tran— saction of the affairs of the city is carried on, is hereby designated as tht certain building located at 9352 Walker Street, Dairy City, California, and known as the Dairy City City Hall Section 2 This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an ordinance for the immediate prese'vation of the public peace and safety and the facts constituting its urgency are specified as follows. Dairy City, having just acquired a City Hall, must have such a public building for Council Meetings and the carrying on of official business beginning immediately for the public convenience and public welfare and as is necessary in the orderly transaction of city business. Section 3 This ordinance shall take effect immediately, and within fifteen (15) days shall be posted in three public places in the City of Dairy City together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of September, 1956.
