AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 77 THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE,
SECTION 5-02 (d) TO CHANGE REQUIRED SCALE OF FINAL [TAPS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 Section 5-02, Subsection (d) of Ordinance No. 77,
the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Cypress is hereby amended
to read as follows
(d) The scale of the map shall be large enough to have all details
clearly shown, but shall not be less than one (1) inch to sixty (60) feet
and the number of sheets used shall be set forth on each sheet.
Section 2 All other Ordinances or provisions of Ordinances inconsistent
or in conflict with the provisions hereof are hereby amended or repealed in
order that they shall in all respects conform to the amendments of this
Ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress at a
regular meeting held on the 24th day of May, 1965
