RESOLUTION NO 2483
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS,
COUNTY OF ORANGE STATE OF CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE
PRELIMINARY REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER MADE PURSUANT TO
THE REQUIREMENTS OF RESOLUTION NO 2469 OF SAID COUNCIL
WHEREAS, The City Council City of Cypress County of Orange, State of
California, did in Resolution No 2469, adopted December 14, 1981 pursuant to
provisions of Division 14, Part 1, Streets and Highways Code, State of Calif-
ornia, as amended hereinafter referred to as Street Lighting Act of 1919,
require the City Engineer to make and file with the City Clerk a written pre-
liminary report pursuant to Street Lighting Act of 1919, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer pursuant to the requirements of said City
Council as expressed in Resolution No 2469 of said law, did make and on the
15th day of January 1982 file in the office of the City Clerk of said City,
his written preliminary report responsive to the requirements of said Resolution
No 2330 and of said Street Lighting Act of 1919 relating to the installation
of furnishing of electric current for, and the maintenance of a street light-
ing system in said City referred to in said Resolution No 2469 and as contem-
plated under the provisions of said Street Light Act of 1919• and
WHEREAS said City Clerk has presented the said preliminary report to the
City Council of said City and said Council has proceeded to carefully examine,
inspect and consider said preliminary report and has afforded all persons in-
terested an opportunity to be heard with reference thereto and is satisfied
with said preliminary report and with each and all of the items therein set
forth,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DECLARED DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1 That the Preliminary Report of the City Engineer of the City
of Cypress, County of Orange, State of California bearing the date of January
15, 1982, which said preliminary report was prepared and filed pursuant to
the requirements of the provisions of Resolution No 2469 of the City Council
of said City and in conformity with the provisions of Street Lighting Act of
1919, and which said preliminary report was filed in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Cypress, County of Orange, State of California on the
15th day of January 1982 be and the same is hereby approved as so prepared
and filed
SECTION 2 That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and the same shall thereupon take effect and be in force
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress, at a regular
meeting held on the 25th day of January 1982
