RESOLUTION NO 2387
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS
ESTABLISHING "NO PARKING" AREAS
WHEREAS, Article 10, Section 16-54(d) of the Cypress City Code as
amended, the Traffic Ordinance, authorizes the City Council by Resolution
to establish 'No Parking" areas. and
WHEREAS, the Traffic Division of the Public Works Department of the
City of Cypress has considered and recommended the establishment of such
a restriction as contained in this Resolution.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Cypress that.
1 A "No Parking" area is hereby established on the following street
or portions thereof
a Grindlay Street west side from Canterbury Drive to 60'
north of Canterbury Drive
2 A "No Parking 7:00 a m to 6.00 p m " area is hereby established
on the following street or portions thereof.
a Moody Street, west side from Camp Street to 140' north of
Park Avenue
3 The City Traffic Engineer is directed to indicate such areas by
the appropriate signs or by red paint upon the curb surface
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress at a
regular meeting held on the llth day of May 1981
