Resolution No. 247242u RESOLUTION NO 2472 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DETERMINING THAT PARK AND RECREATION FEES MAY BE USED AS APPROPRIATED IN THE 1981-82 BUDGET WHEREAS Section 25-41 of the Cypress City Code requires that subdividers dedicate land or pay a fee for the purpose of providing park and recreation facilities, and, WHEREAS the City has collected such fees from subdividers, and, WHEREAS, the Cypress Recreation and Park District proposes to use $30 000 of such fees for the Willow Park pond improvements and a baseball diamond at Oxford Junior High School NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Cypress hereby determines that Park and Recreation Fees in the amount of $30,000 may be used for the above mentioned capital projects PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of December 1981 ATTEST: CITY CLERK OF THE COF CYPRESS STATE OF CALIFORNIA) SS COUNTY OF ORANGE ) Aialt: 1 2 I..
