defects in material or workmanship.
Consideration of Acceptance of Request for Extension of Time to Com-
plete Public Improvements - Tract #8126.
Recommendation: That the City Council approve a one year extension of
time for the subdivision agreement for the construction of improvements
within Tract #8126 and that an amendment be added to the Subdivision Im-
~ provement Agreement incorporating the extension and the conditions listed
