Ordinance No. 75ORDINANCE NO 75 AN ORDINANCE OF THF. CITY OF CYPRESS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 19 AND RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE CITY MANAGER. The City Council of the City of Cypress does ordain as follows. SECTION 1: Section 5 of Ordinance No 19 is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph: The City Manager shall be Ex -Officio Director of Finance, Deputy City Treasurer, Director of Civil Defense, Purchasing Agent, Superintendent of Building and Safety and City Clerk, and he shall be vested with and shall exercise all the powers and duties of such offices SECTION 2.
