Ordinance No. 127z'v ORDINANCE NO 127 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 90 THE ZONING ORDINANCE BY CHANGING THE ZONE OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND WITHIN THE CITY TO ZONE C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) (WILLIAMS) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I• Ordinance No 90, which Ordinance is the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Cypress, is amended by placing the property described in Section II hereof, in the C-2 Zone (General Commercial) SECTION II: The property which is the subject of this Ordinance is described as follows* The northerly 400' of the following described property. That portion of the West one-half of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 17 in Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 11, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County lying northwesterly of the following described line* Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of said section, distant thereon North 0° 11' 55' West 944 97 feet from the intersection of said Westerly line with the Southerly line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18 in Township 4 South, Range 11 West of said Rancho Los Coyotes, said point being the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly having a radius of 1000 00 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 31° 22' 22" an arc distance of 547 56 feet to a line tangent* thence North 31° 10' 27" East along said tangent line 788 87 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Westerly, having a radius of 500 00 feet, thence Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 31° 22' 22" an arc distance of 273.78 feet to a line tangent, said tangent line being parallel with and 30.00 feet Westerly measured at right angles from the Easterly line of said West one-half, thence North 0° 11' 55" West along said tangent line 319 58 feet to a point in the Northerly line of said Section 17; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southeasterly 30.00 feet thereof; ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described parcel of land. Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line of the northerly 40 feet of said Section 17 with a line parallel with and 60 feet Westerly, measured at right angles from the Easterly line of said West half; thence along said last mentioned parallel line South 0° 11' 55" East 149 44 feet; thence North 3° 03' 54" West 100 00 feet; thence North 33° 56' 59" West 59 39 feet to the Southerly line of the Northerly 40 feet of said Section 17; thence along said last mentioned Southerly line North 89° 31' 57" East 38.00 feet to the point of beginning ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion lying Westerly of the Easterly line of the Flood Control Right of Way, as shown in a Final Order of Condemnation No 618104 recorded February 24, 1955 in Book 2972, page 377 Official Records, in the office of the county recorder of said Orange County ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the northerly 40.00 feet thereof Ordinance No 127 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1962, by the following called vote• AYES 4 COUNCILMEN Arrowood, McCarney, Van Dyke & Baroldi NOES: 0 COUNCILMEN.
