Ordinance No. 142ORDINANCE NO 142 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 90 THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY CHANGING THE ZONE OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND WITHIN THE CITY TO ZONE R-1 (RESIDENTIAL ONE -FAMILY) Z-46 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS• SECTION I Ordinance No 90, which Ordinance is the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Cypress, is amended by placing the property described in Section 2 hereof, in the R-1 Zone SECTION II The property which is the subject of this Ordinance is described more particularly as follows in the legal description of which is attached hereto, made a part hereof and designated as Exhibit "A" PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 1962, by the following called vote.
