Nos. 252-300RESOLUTION NO 252 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS APPROVING VARIANCE NO V-205 (MOON HOMES, INC ET AL) WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Cypress held a public hearing on Thursday, April 15 1965 at 7:30 p m in the Council Chambers 5311 Orange Avenue, Cypress, California to consider an application for variance to allow the construction of carports in lieu of garages in Tentative Tracts 5728, 5372, 5373, and 5374, generally located east of Bloomfield between Carbon Creek Channel and Orange Avenue, requested by Moon Homes Inc , et al, 9300 Wilshire Blvd , Beverly Hills California, known as Variance No V-205 and, WHEREAS one person appeared in favor of the request, and no protests were heard, and , WHEREAS the Planning Commission determined that the granting of the variance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property and imrpovements in the zone and vicinity in which the property is licated, and, WHEREAS the granting of such a variance will not be contrary to the objectives of the Master Plan or this Ordinance NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Variance NO V-205 be approved subject to the following conditions* 1 Tenative Tracts 5373 and 5374 be deleted from the request 2 Landscaping and fencing shall be subject of the approval of the City staff in order that the carports will be screened adjacent to Larwin Avenue from the view of the traveling public PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1965 by the following roll call vote: AYES• 6 COMMISSIONERS NOES. 0 COMMISSIONERS• ABSENT. 1 COMMISSIONERS.
