California Coastal Zone Commission of the City Council support of the further
development of the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.

Recommendation: That the City Council grant the request of St. Luke's Episcopal 9~~

Recommendation~ That the City Council approve the waiver of the $50.00
fee for processing the Conditional Use Permit, as requested by Cypress American
Legion Post #295.
12. Consideration of Approval of Texaco Park Lease and Sub-Lease,
Recommendation: That the City Council approve the three-year extension of the
existing lease between the City and Texaco, Inc., and the sub-lease between the
City and the Cypress Recreation and Park District and authorize the Mayor and
the City Clerk to execute the appropriate documentation extending these leases
to December 31, 1977.
