AWARD OF CONTRACTS: 1. Consideration of Award of Contract for Denni Street Improvements from Orange Avenue to 360' South of Ball Road, City Project #7402-10-0687. CONSENT CALENDAR: All matters listed under ~'Consent Calendar" are to be considered by the City Council to be routine and will be enacted by one motion approving the recom-- mendation listed on the agenda. 2. Consideration of an Extension of Time to Allow the County Health Officer to Enforce the City's Health Ordinances. Recommendation: That the City Council approve the extension of the agree- ment between the City and the Orange County Health Department for the enforcement of the City's health ordinances from July 1, 1974 to December 31, 1974 and authorize the Mayor to sign and the City Clerk to attest the extension agreement. Consideration of Authorization to Attend the 76th Annual Conference of the League of California Cities. Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the attendance of the City Council members, Commission representatives and the staff to attend ti~e annual League conference in Los Angeles on October 20-23, 1974 as provided in the 74/75 budget and authorize reimbursement of all actual expenses incurred. 4. Consideration of City Manager's Annual Vacation. Recorm~endation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to take vacation leave from July 29, 1974 through August 16, 1974. Consideration of Certification o£ Employment List - Maintenance Man II. Recommendation: That the City Council certify the employment list for the position of Maintenance Man II. 6.
