6. Consideration' of Request for an Exemption From a Special Permit
for the Purple Heart Veterans Rehabilitation Services, Inc.
Recommendation: That the City Council grant the request of
the Purple Heart Veterans Rehabilitation Services, Inc. to
solicit home salvage items on a determination in accordance
with Section 15-57 A (1)(b) of the Cypress City Code, subject
to the condition that all persons associated with the solici-
tation program register with the Cypress Police Department.
7. Consideration of a Claim Submitted by Mr. William Nymann. ~ ~ ~
Recommendation: That the City Council officially deny the
claim of Mr. William Nymann and request the City Manager to
refer the matter to the City's insurance carrier for the
appropriate disposition.
