Recommendation: That the City Council grant the request of the Purple Heart Veterans Rehabilitation Services, Inc. to solicit home salvage items on a determination in accordance with Section 15-57 A (1)(b) of the Cypress City Code, subject to the condition that all persons associated with the solici- tation program register with the Cypress Police Department. 7.
