Consideration of Sponsoring the Second Annual Cypress High School Juried Art Show. Recommendation: That the City Council approve the recommendation of the Cypress Arts & Cultural Commission for an expenditure not to exceed $200 for the Cypress High School Juried Art Show. Consideration of An Alcoholic Beverage License Application For Off Sale Beer & Wine Sales, Requested by Alpha Beta Company, 4033 Ball Road, Cypress. Recommendation: That the City Council adopt a resolution urging the Orange County Board of Supervisors to give serious consideration to Ontario International Airport as the solution to the future air transportation needs in Orange County and further that a request be forwarded to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach requesting a resolution in opposition to the joint commercial/military air utilization of the Los Alamitos Naval Air Station. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cypress Urging the Orange County Board of Supervisors To Give Serious Consideration To Ontario International Airport as the Solution to the Future Air Transportation Needs in Orange County. e Consideration of Acceptance of A Letter of Resignation of Arts & Cultural Commissioner Roderick F. Recommendation: That the City Council adopt the Resolution by title only, title as follows: a. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cypress Supporting Alternative 6 of the U.S. Corps of Engineers' keview Report on the Santa Ana River Main Stem and Santiago Creek. Consideration of A Request For Waiver of Fees for the Cypress ~' High School Athletic Boosters Christmas Tree Lot. ~~~7~£~ Recommendation: That the City Council grant the request and waive all required fees for the Cypress High School Athletic Booster Club Christmas tree lot, with the condition that the no fee building and electrical permits be obtained so that a safety inspection can be conducted. Consideration of a Communication from the Orange County Transit District Regarding Article 26 of the Constitution of the State of California. Recommendation: That the City Council request the City Manager to place the issue of Article 26 relating to the use of motor vehicle fuel taxes on the City Council agenda, upon receipt of the City Engineers' Committee report on the subject. 8. Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the staff to indicate that the City of Cypress will be willing to participate in the Burglary Target Hardening Project of West Orange County, if approved by the Orange County Criminal Justice Council. 10.
