Color of Pavement Markings Used for Bike Trails.
Recommendation: Receive and file.
Consideration of A Resolution From the City of Garden Grove
Recommending that SCAG Refrain from Competing for State
and Federal Grants.
Recommendation: That the City Council refer this matter to
the Orange County League of Cities for a possible consensus
of opinion from all Orange County cities.
6. Consideration of Arts and Humanities Seminar.
Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the attendance
of any Arts & Cultural Commissioner to this seminar and that
all necessary and actual expenses be reimbursed.
7. Consideration of Assembly Bills 1246 and 2290.
Recommendation: Receive and file.
Consideration of Road Maintenance for Unincorporated Areas Adjacent
to City.
Recommendation: That the City Council approve this program in
concept and request the staff to further study this proposal
and submit a comprehensive report to the City Council at a later
date.

Recommendation: That the City Council join the City of Oakland
in connection with its Weeks vs. City of Oakland litigation.

Recommendation: That the City Council refer this matter to the
Recreation and Park Commission for comment and recommendation.
11. Consideration of A Donation from the Woman's Club of Cypress~
Recommendation: That the City Council accept the donation and
authorize letters of appreciation to the Woman's Club of Cypress.
12o Consideration of Southern California Association of Governments'
General Assembly.
Recommendation: That the City Council authorize all members of
the City Council to attend the annual SCAG General Assembly.
13. Consideration of Proclaiming the Month of March as Red Cross Month
in the City of Cypress.
Recommendation: That the City Council approve the request and
proclaim the month of March as Red Cross Month in the City of
Cypress.
14. Consideration of Acquisition of Parcel, AP #244-451-11, City of
Cypress Project #7662-90.
Recommendation: That the City Council:
1. Approve the agreement between the City and the County of
Orange for purchase by the City of AP #244-451-11.
2. Adopt the attached Resolution by title only, title as
follows:
a. A Resolution of the City Council of the City
of Cypress Offering to Purchase Certain Tax
Deeded Property.
3. Authorize a budgeted transfer to the General Operating Fund
and appropriate $600 from the Fund Balance of the General
Operating Fund to Account #10.4176.655.46.

Recommendation: That the City Council approve a one-year
extension of time for the subdivision agreement for the
construction of improvements within Tract #8126 and that an
amendment be added to the Subdivision Improvement Agreement
incorporating the extension and the conditions listed in the
attached report.
Consideration of Letters of Commendation to P~lic Safety Officers
in Connection With An Emergency Medical Aid Response.
Recommendation: That the City Council direct letters to the
individuals involved as outlined above commending their quick
response and use of life saving techniques in this emergency.
Consideration of A Resolution Ordering the Canvassing of the
General Municipal Election to be Held on March 2, 1976.
Recommendation: That the City Council adopt the Resolution
