Consideration of A Request from the St. Irenaeus Fiesta Committee for Waiver of Fees for the St. Irenaeus Catholic Church Annual Fiesta. Recommendation: That the City Council grant the request to waive all required fees for the St. Irenaeus Catholic Church Annual Fiesta on June 19 and 20, 1976 with the condition that no fee building and electrical permita be obtained for carnival activities. Consideration of Application for Waiver of Admission Tax By St. Mary's Hospital Guild, Inc. Recommendation: That the City Council waive the admission tax requirement for the St. Mary's Hospital Guild for the "night at the Races" on June 2, 1976. -2- City Council Agenda CONSENT CALENDAR (Cont' d. ) May 10, 1976 14. Consideration of the Extension of the City-County Health Services Agreement. Recommendation: That the City Council approve the extension of the City-County Health Agreement, to terminate on October 31, 1976, and authorize the Mayor to sign and the City Clerk to attest to the subject agreement extension. 15. Consideration of Expenditure for the Development of a Summer Improvisational Music Program. Recommendation: That the City Council approve the recommenda- tion of the Arts and Cultural Commission by approving an expenditure of $850 from the Arts and Cultural budget to implement a summer improvisational music program within the Cypress School District. 16. Consideration of Allocation of Funds for Lexington Jr. High School Choral Group. Recommendation: That the City Council approve an expenditure of $200 for co-sponsorship of a choral program with the Lexington Choral Group. 17. Consideration of Sponsorship of an Excursion to the Schubert Theatre. Recommendation: That the City Council approve the excursion to the Schubert Theatre and that the City subsidize the cost of the two buses required. 18. Consideration of Establishing "No Parking" Zones. Recommendation: That the City Council adopt a resolution implementing the "no parking" zones on Graham Street and Knott Avenue, as outlined, by title only, title as follows: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cypress Establishing "Standing Zones" and "No Parking" Areas. SPECIAL: (7:00 - 8:00 P.M.) At the request of the City Council, this portion of the agenda has been reserved for a discussion of the issues involved at the Lincoln Center Mobile Home Park. 19.
