CONSENT CALENDAR:
All matters listed under "Consent Calendar" are to be considered
by the City Council to be routine and will be enacted by one
motion approving the recommendation listed on the agenda.
Considera~%on of A Claim Submitted by Wallace W. Hamme.
Recommendation: That the City Council oficially deny
the subject claim of Wallace W. Hamme and request the
City Manager to refer this claim to the City insurance
carrier for disposition.
Consideration of a Communication from the Orange County
League of Cities Regarding Winston Updegraff's Retire-
ment.
Recommendation: That the City Council adopt a Resolution
commending Mr. Updegraff for his achievements in the Orange
County Division of the League of California Cities, by
title only, and approve an appropriation of $50 to be
made payable to the Orange County Division of the League
of California Cities, as requ~ested by the League.
