City Council to be routine and will be enacted by one motion approving
the recommendation listed on the agenda. There will be no separate
discussion of these items prior to the time the City. Council votes on

action.
3. Notice from the Alcoholic Beverage Control for the transfer
of an On-Sale Beer License at 6395 Ball Road.
Recommendation: That the City Council receive and file this notice.
4. Request to participate in Buena Park's 13th Annual Silverado
Days Parade.
Recommendation: That the City Council refer this item to the
Cypress Chamber of Commerce to determine whether or
not they wish to participate in this activity.
5. Receipt of Orange County Mosquito Abatement Committee Minutes
of meeting held on July 16, 1970.
